I have a murray 22" 4.5 hp Q, briggs & stratton. I've change the spark plug, filter, oil and it sputter when starting up and smells like gas when it runs. Is it in need of a carburetor tune up, If yes, where can I find a diagram to show me how to do it.

I have a riding mower and when I put gas in it, It leaks all out of the air filter. what is wrong and what can I do to fix it????
