I have a Briggs 21hp 407577 0292 E1 engine that I just put a new carb kit in. It starts easy but after about 2 seconds it starts to smoke (white gas smelling) and runs really rough. It has no HIGH speed on the throttle. When i push throttle up it stays same. Governor seems to be real stiff...

Is anyone familiar with how to change the drive belt on a Allis Chalmers ac130 lawn tractor? 1st one I have come across and looks like you have to remove the steering column and lots of other stuff? HELP :smile:
