Are you supposed to put grease or oil on the intake and exhaust stems, springs, etc.? I noticed the intake stem was difficult to put back in. The exhaust valve was easy. I'm assuming it was because of the intake valve seal.

The wheels bend inwards at the top (oversized rear wheels). Is this normally caused by the arm brackets? I tried to push the bottom of the wheel to straighten it out, but it goes back. Is the arm bracket just weak? I'm debating if the new arm brackets will fix the issue.

I was surprised how poor Honda's customer service is. They pretend like they have barely heard of this issue. There are several Better Business Bureau complaints pertaining to this exact issue.
It looks like they aren't going to cover it under warranty, so I'll have to do...

I noticed the threads came out (at least the top half of them did). Do they sell those self tapping screws locally?
What are your thoughts on this?

I'm guessing I would have to drill it out and tap it with the 5/16."
I don't want to put too much into this old lawn mower. The threads stripped in one of the bolt holes for the intake. I don't have a tap and die set, but I can try to purchase one from Harbor Freight. I also read about Heli coil inserts. What is the least expensive way to repair this? Do you...
I noticed the exhaust valve bumps open a little bit on the compression stroke. Is this a compression release mechanism to make it easier to pull start?
