Lwan Boy 10642 Will not Start

My neighbor is in the military and he is deployed. His wife cuts their grass with the lawn boy. She came over last week and asked me to look at her mower becuase it would not start. She said the last time she used it it worked fine. But when she went to start it, it only turns over. I went and bought a new plug, (its getting a spark), I removed the air filter, and even drained the gas and put in new gas. I even tried spraying a tiny bit of starter fliud in it. I just cant get it to fire. It turns over just never sounds like it wants to start. Any help is appreciated. (I am NO mechanic, just trying to help my neighbor)

Loosen the bolt on the bottom of the carb and see if it leaks gas. Need to know if we have fuel in the carb. Try squirting fuel in the cylinder to see if it will start. I would also check with the repair shops in your area. Here we have three dealers who repair for free units where we know the individual is deployed. Must have someone in your area to help you out.
